Missed some workouts, what do I do now?

So I’m running 12 week strength and making good progress. However, for the latter half of last week (week 7) I was very busy and wasn’t able to go to the gym, so I ended up skipping days 3&4, the second gpp arm work session and the LISS cardio. I’m now back at it, and by the time you will answer this will have completed day one again.

The question is, should I treat this as a repeat of week seven, or should I consider this moving on to week 8? The reason I’m phrasing the question this way is because weeks 7&8 are identical btw.
