Start date for the bridge question.

Am currently finishing up my SSLP(13th week) and am planning my transition to the Bridge. Thanksgiving is a holiday that is going to interrupt my training due to travel. Have read before that if you miss a workout, I will miss Wednesday & Friday, you need to repeat that week when you pick back up. As planned currently would be repeating week 3. My question is if there is an “optimal” week to repeat out of week 2, 3, or 4? Am willing to grind out or cut short end of LP, am 37 years old. I can’t thank you guys enough, your podcasts, videos, and articles have changed my life.

I think that without actually finishing your LP it’s not possible to plan this. That said, if you miss a workout, I would recommend repeating whatever week you were on. Missing training isn’t optimal, but holidays sometimes do that. No worries man!
