Ending SSLP, holiday and starting the Bridge

Hi BBM crew,

I’m finishing up my SSLP next week, but I’ll be going on a work trip Sept 21-30 and then attending a wedding the first week of October. Effectively I’ll have a two week layoff from lifting. So my question is: when I get back how do I train? Should I run a mini LP to get my numbers back up? Or should I directly dive into the Bridge? I expect to lose a few pounds from the trip since I’ll be helping with family stuff on the second week. Thanks.

Hello! So first, if this was me, I’d still find a place to train 2-3 times while gone for work and at the wedding. :slight_smile: And I’d just start with the Bridge doing that. If you aren’t able to do that, I’d still start right into week 1 of the Bridge ASAP. And have high expectations for yourself!
