Anyway. I had a 3 month layoff due to life.
I was on week 5 of the Bridge 1.0.
I was 220lbs, comfortably lean, and the strongest I had ever been. Fast forward 3 months and now I’m 200lbs, and not lean at all, feeling weak, but ready to dance with the barbell again.
Should I restart the Bridge? Run a quick LP?
5’10, 24 years old, male. 1 year of serious training(since finding BBM),4 years of bro splits. No injuries, tweaks, nothing.
