24, male, slight dad bod, 215lbs 5ā10.
I did 3 years bro splits and other non productive stress, 2 months SSNLP, and then 4 weeks of The Bridge. In that order. No injuries.
Life happened, and I am able to train again after 11 months, and 15 days.
Should I just run the Bridge?
Also, I signed up for the USSF meet for mid June.
If yes for the Bridge, would it be optimal or reasonable to have 2 Press days, and 1 bench day, to be more specifc to the Squat, Press, Deadlift(USSF), all at same reps and sets and RPEs? And then run the Peaking template?
Thanks BBM. Never stopped listening and supporting the crew the whole time. Thank you for your time.
Sounds like a solid plan to me. I think The Bridge is an excellent program to get back into training. Iād go ahead and replace the accessory bench on the bridge with a press accessory, and replace all the benching in the peaking template with overhead pressing.
