Pretty basic question:
This week will be the third week of The Bridge (original) - moderate stress.
I’ll be out of town next week, unable to train when the High Stress week was to occur. Given that week away, is it best to go ahead and take on the heavy stress of Week 4 or repeat a moderate stress of Week 3?
I don’t imagine there would be a problem going right to Week 4 with extra recovery, but wanted a take from the pros.
