I just finished the final week of The Bridge last week and want to start again from the beginning this week. Since weeks 8 and 1 are both low stress, should I modify week one with a working set or two on each lift to make it more mod stress, or should I just do them as is and have two low stress weeks in a row? Not feeling too worn out, but my singles @8 in squat and deadlift did regress from weeks 7-8.
