Low stress weeks & blunting work capacity

Recently purchased your Strength 1 template and about to complete The Bridge. Pretty pumped to start the new block.

Training history: 25 odd years of random lifting and 10 years of ultra marathons(ret).

With both The Bridge and Strength 1 there is a low stress week book-ending both programs. Given I’ve just ramped up my work capacity significantly while on the Bridge, effectively taking off 2 weeks appears likely to blunt it.

Should I go straight into week 2/3 of Strength 1 and avoid another low stress week?

Yes, you can make the transition with only 1 low stress week, rather than stacking two.
