After a few years of having one foot in one foot out with your guys programming I’m finally going all in. It was hard to get out of the mindset of having to add weight daily or weekly. I’m doing the bridge right now. In one of your videos you had recommended that if the bridge worked for you you could run it again and repeat week 4 until progress stalled. Could you also do this with the next high stress week in week 7? Thanks!
