Thank you for the great programs!

I just wanted to tell you guys that I couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing programs you have written, and that before I started doing The Bridge v3.0 I wasn’t seeing much progress at all. I seemed to be perpetually stuck in the “novice program mindset” where I believed until I used LP for 3 months I wasn’t done with it. Of course, I usually stopped making progress two weeks in and I would end up taking several weeks off before continuing to spin my wheels.

Your program changed all of that.

Your program properly manage progressive overload in both volume and intensity and offer plenty of exercise selection to avoid staleness keeping me invested in the process and excited to train. I also can watch as my e1RM’s go up every week, and this is extremely motivating not worrying about hitting “fives” every session.

My question is if it’s appropriate to repeat the bridge when finished, and if so what changes should be made to both the GPP work and the program itself to ensure continued progressive overload?

Thanks guys, and at week 8 I’ll post my results!

Awesome! We’re glad they’re working well for you.

YesIf you have a good response to the program, it’s reasonable to repeat again – though we typically see a slightly less robust response the second time through.
