Modifying PB II due to being away

Hi BBM,

I’m going to be away from the 4th of march to the 8th of march (saturday to wednesday) and won’t be able to train while i’m away. Due to my training days being Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday this means i’m going to miss 3 sessions if I stick to my normal schedule.

I wanted to ask a few questions about how to proceed in modifying my training for the next 1-2 weeks:

  1. I planned on training Mondy Tuesday Thursday Friday this upcoming week in order to not miss the day 4 session of the week, does this sound like a good plan?

  2. When I get back (Thursday 9th of march) I planned on training Thursday (Day 2) Friday (Day 3) and Saturday (Day 4) in order to only miss Day 1 in the training week. Does this sound like a good plan, or is it not a good idea to train 3 days in a row and “bite the bullet” and miss the Day 2 session?

  3. The week that I will be away will be week 3 of PB II, should I continue the rest of PB II as per usual, or rerun week 3 for example? The reason i’m asking is due to me missing 1-2 sessions (depending on the answer to the previous question).

Hey Josh,

It sounds like you’re asking about doing normal training this week. I’d be on board with that.

For the following week, I would just do days 3 and 4 as scheduled on the program (Thurs and Fri). I would repeat the entire week 3 the following week.
