Missing workouts in PB III

Hi BBM,

I’m currently on week 7 of the PB III template.

I’m going into my test period at Uni and as such will be very limited in my ability to train for the next 2 weeks (week 7 and 8 of PB III).
On week 7 (this week) - I can still get 4 workouts in but have to condense them to around an hour, and as such i’m skipping the GPP for this week and only doing the main movements.
On week 8 - I’ll probably be able to get the first 2 workouts of the week in, in the same way I did on week 7, though might have to cut down the number of back-off sets due to time limitations. Though, I probably won’t be able to get in the third and fourth workouts of the week due to having multiple tests in consecutive days that week and the beginning of the next week.

So - How should I approach getting back to training in 2 weeks time after this busy period?
Should I repeat week 7 next week instead of going onto week 8? If the answer is yes, the following week when i’m back to regular training (this would theoretically be week 9 originally), should I repeat week 7 once again or go on to week 8?

I would continue the training program as it’s written after the testing period without repeating any weeks. An additional consideration is to not cut sessions short or skip them. I’m not being trite, but you only get a small part of the 168 hours per week to invest in yourself. Having been through lots of education, I don’t think there’s much to gain by reducing training time during this period.
