Currently running the bridge (free version) and for the next two weeks my training days are limited to Mon-Wednesday. I am having a difficult time deciding how to adjust my programming to this- what do you guys do when this happens?

If it’s just temporary, I’d probably do all 3 days in a row (Mon, Tues, Wed) so you’re not missing any training. And see if you can sneak any GPP work somewhere throughout the week.

Thanks! I was leaning that way, but wasn’t sure how well that would go, definitely gonna try it out.
I’d be really focused on not overshooting my RPE on Tuesday, with possibly the assumption that since I were recovering from the day before’s workout, the weights might be a little lower just to achieve the desired RPE.
I do not know if that would be how it actually played out though, and you do the actual adjustments of the load based off of the warmup sets, otherwise you might nocebo yourself.
