Hello,
Due to some time restraints I have recently been struggling to get in the entire workout for some days on The Bridge. On Day 1, I can only get through the squat w/ belt and close grip bench. Is it going to negatively impact my progress in any way to move rack pulls to the next day, Tuesday. Same for the 2nd training day, I may have to move rows to the off days. Does this really matter as long as I am eating and sleeping well?
