So ideally we won’t miss any training. But let’s say we do, eg because one is contagiously sick, sneezing and leaking everywhere, and doesn’t work out in a private gym. (Asking for a friend of course.) What do then for optimality BroDocs? (Context: middle of developmental block for press program, missed day 3&4.)
