New to the forums, but a long time observer.
I just did the Bridge after SSLP but fell ill for two weeks while running it and all e1RMs went down. I loved the program tho and I decided to do it again before moving on.
Should I keep the GPP days as written or should I continue doing them twice a week?

I’d recommend doing it again from Week 1, to start you off with some low stress.

Thanks! I used to think that I didn’t need deload weeks but low stress weeks are actually pretty enjoyable for a change.
I’ve had the same experience. It’s not that I feel that I absolutely need a low-stress week, but I often look forward to them!
