hello!
I saw your Instagram stories about checking accounts and deposits. Regarding the deposits, can people get the same results from a cutting and bulking strategy in their late 30s as they did in their early 30s or even their 20s? The end result would be the same?
The relative improvement in hypertrophy in response to lifting weights is nearly identical across age groups, meaning that the % increase in muscle size and ratio of muscle/fat gain (at a given Calorie surplus) is mostly conserved.
As an aside, and this is mostly out of frustration in others in this space, an age starting with the number 3 is not even close to being “old” in a way that affects exercise programming or outcomes at all.
