I know this will come off as a simple question, but how do you all calculate training volume? Do you look primarily at the competition lifts and their close derivatives, or do you also account for less specific exercises that might be at a much lower intensity? I was curious as I was doing the tricep/bicep work on the Bridge v2.0. Is it silly to count the tricep work toward “pressing” volume? Do chin ups count toward pulling volume? Thanks in advance!
I tend to pay attention to both “amounts” of volume, just separately (i.e., the barbell-based movements and their close supplements, then the more “isolation” or bodyweight type movements).
