Calf "pop" and intense sensation and swelling since.

I experienced a "pop’ and immediate sensation in my right calf today before lifting doing some stuff for the first time in years. I stupidly did some form runs, some jumps and a couple sub maximal 10 yard sprint and was starting to do 2 10 yard full sprints and 2 steps in I felt the right calf go. Noticeable swelling and pretty intense sensation since. I’ve read the articles but any first steps to do for a calf injury as opposed to a hip/quad/hammy type thing? I was able to do my scheduled paused squats today no problem after the incident…bench variations and pull-ups too. Getting around and loading/unloading the bar was far worse than the paused squats. Any advice or direction to existing resources I missed is greatly appreciated!!
