The US Navy Body Fat Estimate for me is 22% with a 37" waist @187lbs. Fluffiness confirmed. 42 y/o male.
If I have the calculations right using the recomposition numbers I should be doing the following:
2384 Cal
215g Protein
233g Carbs
65g Fat
If I can get compliance with this I’ll start looking at changing carb ratios depending on the days as suggested. I’m going to struggle to eat this much.
About to start the 7 Week Hypertrophy program.
Guestimate Goals: 33"? or better waist and into the teens in BF%(16-17%?). Unsure exactly what would be a reasonable over the program.
- Do the calculations look correct considering age and program?
- Do the goals look achievable or I am setting myself up for failure?
I don’t feel too bad about the BF, I was 189lbs @26% March 2017. Yay, SSLP and one Bridge crossing.
