Can I skip week 8 of the bridge 1.0?

I’m in the middle of week 6 of the bridge, and I plan on doing Powerbuilding 1 immediately after. Since that first week of powerbuilding looks low stress, can I just skip week 8 of the Bridge and go right into week 1 of powerbuilding?
