I vaguely remember you guys stating before that it didn’t matter what time of the day you had your carbs , and that outside of heartburn issues you could even eat right before bed. However I can’t help but notice that if I get the majority of my carbs in before like 1pm and then just do protein the rest of the day , it feels like my stomach is less fat and I feel less bloated. Anything to this or is it just placebo
If the calories and food choices are the same, it’s nothing physiological unless you’re measuring the “fatness” and “bloat” in the morning and thus, you now have a longer time interval between your last substantial meal and your assessment.
In general, I think people do best results wise and compliance wise when things are spread throughout the day fairly evenly.
