Cardio recommendations

Hello,
In the article 'Where should my priorities be to improve my health?’ I noticed that the cardio recommendations were 150-300 minutes of moderate cardio or 75-150 minutes of vigorous cardio.
I am currently using the strength I template and it only asks for 30 minutes of steady state cardio@6 and 14 minutes of hill sprints once a week.
Do I really need to start doing more cardio or am I just overthinking and should carry on with what the template originally prescribes?
My primary goal is to get stronger.

Weight:86kgs
Age:17

It depends how much physical activity you’re getting in per week outside of the gym, but in general yes, we would recommend folks being more active :slight_smile:
