Updated templates and physical activity guidelines

Hello,
Thank you for the updates to the templates. Do the additional cardio/conditioning recommendations meet the physical activity guidelines? Or would more need to be added? I ask as I’m not sure if the template recommendations would be considered moderate or vigorous intensity (seems to perhaps be a bit of both?)?

For the most part, yes, though there is still an assumption that people are doing additional activity outside of the gym to give themselves a buffer.
