I signed up for the. Group training for a month yesterday. Barbell Medicine has not advised start date…I assume weight training will be twice per week.

Working on technique until start date not going heavy until group form check reviewed. I am 69 and wondering if coaches have programming experience with seniors.

Returned questionnaire today. Maybe start in March.

tried crossfire 18.1, 18.2 60+ scaled and found first easy, 2nd exhausting out of breath I need to do more aerobic conditioning, intense.

Any one with barbell medicine doing group programming? I have signed up but not in group yet.
