Hey BB Med,
I have been running BB Med templates for over 2 years now and am looking to join the group programming to continue my progression but wanted to make sure I choose the correct group before hand. My goals are purely strength driven which is how I’ve historically trained and why I think the Competitive group makes the most sense. Just as an FYI I have no immediate plans to do a powerlifting meet but am looking into trying one next fall/winter. Do you agree Competitive group would be a good fit as I don’t really have interest in the bodybuilding aspect of powerbuilding.
Current lifts are squat 355, bench 275, DL 445 at body weight 185.
