Powerbuilding - Group Programming Question

Hi There!

I’m looking to join the group programming and looking at the power building template, however, later in the future looking also to lean more towards the competitive powerlifting group.

  1. For the power building programming, can i complete all the exercises in my home gym which has a power rack, dumbells and benches? Or do you guys also program some machine type stuff?

  2. Also in future if moving to powerlifting programming, can i just transition into that whichever month?
