Powerbuilding program?

hi BBM team do you think you will ever release a powerbuilding program for someone who is Not necessarily a power lifter but enjoys powerlifting style training but wants to also balance strength with building a better physique ?

What you you hope to see in a program like this? Iā€™d have someone with these goals try cycle the strength template with a hypertrophy template. And then make sure they have a solid plan for their diet. :slight_smile:

hi an example of what I was thinking was the main exercise of the day wether that would be squat bench or deadlift would be programmed as strength/powerlifting progression and then the following exercises are more bias to Hypertrophy and with good exercise variation so not so specific to powerlifting.

but I was going to for now cycle those two templates thanks for the reply.
