I am interested in purchasing the new Powerbuilding I Template. What equipment is required? I have basically only ever done LP. Do I need an incline bench?
Also, I assume this would be the best template for me based on the following goals? I want to get more hypertrophy gainzzz but I’m a little nervous about veering too much from the main 4 lifts, as I feel pretty comfortable with those, and as I only have the basic barbell/rack equipment. I considered the hypertrophy program, but I don’t think I’m ready for a bunch of different exercise selection and accessory work. Also, I am about 60% interested in strength/powerlift improvement and 40% in hypertrophy/aesthetics…perhaps even 50/50. Would this be the best template for me based on these goals?
