need help deciding what template to purchase
can only train 3 days a week 1hour - 1hour 15mins
im not a competitive power lifter but enjoy strength in the squat, bench, deadlift and OHP
so looking for something that is 3 days a week with strength emphasising on the main lifts but program doesn’t need to be “powerlifting” specific.
Or or if I would be better cycling two programs ?

I’d do Powerbuilding 1 first and see how you like that. Cycling that with Hypertrophy I would be reasonable IMO.
Thanks that’s what I will do I have your hypertrophy 1 program and will get the powerbuilding program now and any idea on the time the workout(s) should take ? I know it will be different for different athletes but just a average would be great thanks

For someone who isn’t looking to compete any time in the next 9-12 months, which would you recommend cycling with Hypertrophy 1? Powerbuilding 1 or Strength 1?
I think if you’re able to keep your rest periods between 2-4 minutes and you stay on task you can get things done in ~ 1 hr or so.
You could do either (or both). I think the bigger difference between the Strength I and Hypertrophy I makes me feel better about cycling them, but really it’s personal preference.
I would also like to add a question: After completing the 12 week strength training block, where do I go from here? powerlifting 1? 2? if I selected titan where should I go after that?
