What protocol do you recommend for doing chins for a person on the bridge v2 which is overweight and can do 5 reps of chins before failure? BW: 90kg/173cm, Best DL: 180kg, Best SQ: 160, Best OHP: 80 and Best BP: 120kg
Do chin ups for your upper back GPP if you’d like. Don’t go to failure during these sets and then losing weight would be useful.
