climbing

Hello,
i am currently on the bridge 1.0 at the start of week 4. I would like to incorprate some rock climbing into my training as i find it fun, something like 1-2 per week for 2-4 hours. Can i do so? if so how? instead of gpp mabye?

You can do rock climbing if you want instead of GPP. I can’t promise you anything with respect to its effect on the program or vice versa, but I expect you to be just fine.
