Compensatory acceleration / lifting faster

Hi Guys,

Have you ever done a podcast on compensatory acceleration / trying to lift the bar as fast as possible (in a safe manner)?

I think I’ve heard some of you comment before that it’s a good idea to try and do this generally.

Curious to know more details on this, eg. how strong is the evidence to support it?

Hey Jon,

We have not done a specific podcast on it, but in our templates, seminars, etc. we advise people to try and lift the weight as fast as possible concentrically. I think the evidence is strong enough to recommend it broadly.
