I’m currently working 80-hour week, so i’be been skipping a lot of conditioning days lately because of my gym’s open hours (i’m on 12-week press program). So i’m thinking about buying a rower for my apartment and doing it at home. Couple questions:
- Will a rower (Concept2 Model D in particular) be a best option?
- is there any other exercise for upper back short of pullups i could do at home (since my lower back injury, i’ve been replacing barbell rows with weighted pullups on my 4th day)?
- Do you have a video dedicated to ab work? If not, can you please post one.
