Conditioning without rower or bike?

Hey guys, just a quick question regarding conditioning. I recently moved and no longer have access to a rower or assault bike (for the time being). What other conditioning modalities would you recommend while I am without bike/rower?

Thanks!

You could try:

  1. walking
  2. trail hiking
  3. kettlebell swings
  4. swimming
  5. burpees
  6. sprints
  7. riding bike to work

HITT or LISS?
Do you have access to a gym at all?
What type of terrain is around you?
Do you have access to any equipment, if so what?

hey, i’m in the same situation, home gym but no low-impact cardio bike or rower (not in the budget right now). I’m not sure this is the best programming, but I’ve been using the BBM GPP exercise recommendations and running them in a super-set. For example:

  1. jump rope for one or two minutes
  2. pull-ups at RPE 8
  3. ab exercise (plank, leg raises, landmine 180’s, ab wheel roll out, etc)
  4. curls
  5. heavy carry (I like to walk around holding the barbell locked-out above my head as this supposedly helps with press and definitely hits your core)

I do these in order with brief rest in between and then repeat this five or six times. i think if you go slowly enough (regulate your pace), this could be considered a steady state session.

thanks
