Continue Low ISF vs Starting Other Template for First Meet

Hi Everyone,

I am signed up to compete in my first powerlifting meet in 13 weeks. I was convinced to sign up just after completing the first block of Low ISF 4 day. I made some marginal progress on my e1RMs but nothing spectacular. My question is whether I should go go back to week 5 of the low ISF program I’m currently running and use that to prep for the meet or if I should switch to a more powerlifting specific program such as strength 1 or powerlifting 2. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The Low Fatigue template is pretty specific for improving maximum strength, so I’d likely stick with that. I would either change exercises and re-run low ISF or run the med ISF program.
