I signed up for my first ever powerlifting meet (yay!) 27th of May and I will probably run Low ISF 4-day template into it. I’d like to humbly ask, what would you suggest would be the better way of abbreviating the template to line up to the meet? Should I just go from week 16 and count backwards 9 weeks or would it be better to do the first block and then go into a peaking template?
