Coronavirus

Every time I turn around it seems like the news media is trying to scare everyone into self-imposed quarantine with all the hysteria concerning the coronavirus. Is it hysteria?" Based on everything I have read it doesn’t seem any more of a threat to a healthy middle-aged person than the flu. Other than good hygiene, nutrition and exercise what other reasonable steps should we take? In short, are you limiting your exposure by hiding from the masses?

Thanks,

B

Here’s a resource that addresses all of these questions:

Apart from washing my hands, reducing contact, and wearing masks, I did n’t do anything else to protect myself. Actually, I did n’t know what I could do except stay at home and not attend any parties. I’m not sure that other people will do the same. I will measure my body temperature every day, even when I am alone. This will ensure that I have been a potentially asymptomatic infected person in the past period of time, so that I can detect fever symptoms in time and treat them in time. The non-contact thermometer is what I use. It measures fast and can measure the temperature of other people. I got it at a 50% discount, which is a lot cheaper: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B086MVY6ZG code: AXTQ2WRV
