It’s my first time to do any templated kind of workout, but I consider myself an intermediate lifter.
I decided to dip my toes with Powerbuilding I and I have a question on the sets:
On the spreadsheet it has 9 sets listed but under the Reps & Intensity its stated to do " 5 reps @ RPE 6, 5 reps @ RPE 7, 5 reps @ RPE 8. No back off sets."
My question is, do I do 7 sets as warm up sets that leads up to 3 working sets (5 reps @ REP6, etc.)? Or do I do 1 set each and finish 6 sets of 5 reps @ RPE 8?
