After an absolutely great Toronto seminar, I’ve bought my first BBM template as the exercise component of a leaning out goal. (Gotta get below that 35 BMI and 40" waist!) I’m eager to get going but there are some things that I’m not sure of so I’m hoping for a little clarification.

I understand what “6 Reps @ 6 RPE (70%), 6 Reps @ 7 RPE (75%), 6 Reps @ 8 RPE (79%) x 2 Sets” means, but there are rows to record 9 sets. Are the extra rows for warm-ups sets? And would the inclusion of warm-up sets mess with the Analysis tab?

I didn’t see a Myorep description in this template but the interwebs have enlightened me to the concept. On the template, does “14-16 Reps @ 8 RPE, 3-5 Reps” mean only 1 set for the initial 14-16 reps and then only one 3-5 reps after the pause?
