I am doing cutting. I am eating 500 cals belowaintenanxe

if I have a week where I cannot lift weights, should I just eat at my daily maintenance and not cut for that week? Or keep eating in deficit even if cannot lift weights for the week?

also is there a max time we can stay in deficit before we should get back into maintenance? 3 months? 12 months? Or just keep going until I am happy enough with the fat loss?

I would continue in a deficit even if you’re not lifting weights. Energy balance is struck over long periods of times- think months, not days. There is no max time to be eating in a deficit if adherence is good and you’re progressing.
