Dairy Blocks Phytonutrient Absorption?

In the AM I drink the following smoothie
1C Greek Yogurt
1C Milk
1C Mixed Berries
1/4C Walnuts

The following study claims that phyonutrient absorption for two compounds is impaired by dairy.

Am I better off eating the constituents separately, or is it not consequential/accurate from your perspectives?

I do not think there are any consequences from this, as these mechanisms do not correlate with outcomes associated with fruit and dairy intake. In general, I don’t take mechanistic studies very seriously.
