Hi there, lately I’ve found that blending 2-3 fruit or veg with whey and water in a morning is an easy way for me to up my intake.
Are there any downsides to consuming blended fruit and veg, or does it have the same health promoting benefits as eating them whole?

In any case, blending is a technique that mixes the whole fruit or vegetable without removing the pulp and fiber. By transitioning it into liquid form it may not be as satiating as a whole-food, but otherwise it’s the same stuff.
