Jordan, on the latest live stream (10:40) you said you typically have people squat and deadlift 3x a week. I’m currently on week 2 of the 4 day hypertrophy, and I also own the 12 week strength template which both have 2x a week deadlift frequency.
- Why is this?
- How would you recommend I add more pulling volume (from 2x to 3x a week) in the future if I want to experiment with that, and which day/exercises? I’m thinking maybe some light’ish RDL’s on Day 1 or Day 3?
