I am currently running the 12-week strength template (V2)…there is a charity deadlift event at my gym, on the Saturday of Week 7 of my template, that I am going to take part in. I have never competed in anything lifting related before so I’d like to do well. I have replaced the press accessory on DAY 3 with RDL’s to add some extra pulling volume…is there any other small tweaks you’d recommend to help performance without completely screwing with my prescribed training? Ps I was going to just not pull on Day 4, the day before the event.
