Most likely this happened as a result of a couple of sprains followed by a fractured toe which meant i had to have a cast for a month. All in the span of a 5-6 month period. Now, my right ankle is so tight that i cant squat. At the bottom of my squat my left foot is at a decent 30 degrees and my right is around 45+ degrees. This causes me to lean a bit to my left on my way up and resulted in my left thigh being bigger than my right. I cant continue to train until i get rid of this imbalance. Any advice?
