Uneven hips at the bottom of squat

Hi,
First of all thanks for the great content on the site.
I was a bit unsure were to put this post so hopefully it was correct.

I was just in Singapore for a barbell clinic with SSC Shaun and got a lot of help with my technique. I have had issues since i started squatting that my right side can get lower than my left.
I had a xray as attached were i only looked quickly and saw that the difference in leg lenght is 0.4cm. After seeing Shaun and still having issues i got the x rays out and looked closer. It is to my eye clear that my left hip sits higher than my right my spine is also slighlly angled to the left.

How would you go about solving a issue like this. My left side is overall much tighter than my right.
Attached is my xray and also squat videos from working sets as well as a very light set while standing on my belt as a shim for my right foot.

Any help you can provide would be extremely helpful.

Is this something that you just incidentally noticed? Do you have any pain?

An important article: Alignment & Biomechanics Are Not Important Pain Causes

I noticed this when i started filming some squats from behind. There is no pain.
Im in agreement with the article and i would not mind β€œsome” asymmetry but i think that the videos attached are too much.

Since posting this i have had another 3 sessions squatting and found some cues to keep me more even at the hips. In my case getting left knee more over the foot not only out and a bit more upright. Extremely inflexible and weak left ankle so it is tough but will keep doing that as the squats looked a lot better to my eye.

Thanks for the reply, i will keep at it and try to see a coach from time to time.
