Squatting with leg length discrepancy

I think my left leg might be like an inch shorter than my right leg. Whenever I squat, no matter the variation, I tend to drop lower on my left side during the descent and then on the way back up my hips look like they’re shifting to the right. Its more noticeable I think at heavier weights and when I am more fatigued. Something similar can be seen when I deadlift as well. My best sets are 355x4 and 375x1 and a 515x1 deadlift but I hurt my back a lot and it keeps me from making any real progress. Rip seems to suggest a shim for the shoe but that’s not much information on the subject if that is in fact what I’m dealing with. Is there anything I can do?

Squat more n your adductor(s) are probably tighter on one side
