Diaphragmatic breathing and squatting

I am currently doing the beginner template week 1, and I missed a working set on Day 3 involving a set of 10 at RPE 8. I was not paying attention to time well. Is there any way I could make up this set or should I just forget about it? My allotted time slot at the gym was running short, and my breathing was bad during squatting. What are some tips for diaphragmatic breathing for squatting and deadlifting? Should I be taking a big breath between reps or only shallow breaths?

I would just forget about the single messed set.

I would not specifically cue or recommend diaphragmatic breathing, but I would take a normal sized breath between reps.
