Do I still need the low stress week if I feel fresh/not beat up?

Currently doing the 12 week program, and I’m about to start week 5 today which is a low stress week.

But, I don’t feel beat up or tired, so do I really need the low stress week now? Or is it better to save it for later when I actually feel overly tired etc?

I don’t want to detrain and I have a feeling a low stress week right now would push me in that direction.

Opinions?

I don’t think there’s a right or wrong approach here. This is just a situation where we observe an individual response and potentially adjust accordingly.

You could either run the template through as written first to see how you do, or if you’d like to carry on and use the low stress week later on, that’s reasonable too.
